A South African preacher claims to have seen heaven and take pictures of paradise but his story is not being received in the way that he expects. In fact, he is being ridiculed online for trying to sell photos of heaven.
According to the BBC, Paseka Motsoeneng, also known as "Prophet Mboro" is the leader of the Church of Incredible Happenings, has made claims of incredible feats before.
Before claiming to photograph the Kingdom of Heaven, the prophet has also claimed to deliver a fish from the womb of a pregnant woman
According to a report by ENCA, in order to take a look at the images, a donation of 5,000 rand or about £240 or $340 is needed. In exchange, the images will be sent through What's App or Mboro's Facebook.
Social media users wasted no time reacting to Mboro's claim on Twitter. Jokes and memes were immediately posted on the site under the hashtag #mboro
Talking about his heaven experience, Incredible Happenings Leader, Prophet Mboro, said Jesus Christ, the Lord and Saviour of the Christian Religion, has a young hot wife.
"I saw heaven and it is a surprise. Jesus for example, has a beautiful Xhosa wife. She is young, hot, and extremely attractive," he said.
Prophet Mboro who claimed he ascended to heaven on Easter Sunday and took selfies, even with angels, could face fraud charges, Daily Sun SA reports.
The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities said they would lay charges of fraud against him if rumours that his church was selling the alleged selfies proved to be true.
"We encourage people to read the Bible for themselves, and not rely on others to interpret it for them!" said commission chairwoman Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva.
"We believe Mboro is just looking for ways to extort money from people. We know he never went to heaven. He is deceiving people, We’re going to summon him to explain to us whether he said those things or if it’s a joke." he concluded
